- Maintain consistent publishing schedule with data-informed iteration
- Document and amplify company stories, team highlights, and milestones
- Build community engagement and convert attention to action
- Develop repeatable content formats and series
Requirements
- Portfolio of social accounts you've managed with growth metrics
- Understanding of platform-specific content optimization
- Proficiency with video editing tools
- Analytical approach to content performance and iteration
